They explained everything before the job, came several times during job to check on progress, and came the morning after and walked with me while examining work. Since there was a rain storm right after stain application, they are going to check a few areas later. "I will say the gentleman I dealt with from Cronkhite was very personable and professional. We met twice - once for him to look at the deck and take measurements, and again a week or so later so he could give me the price quote - and he was on time, or close to on time, for both appointments. For me this was strictly an issue with pricing. I wanted a cover over my approximately 10x12 deck. He provided me with a quote of $6,224 for an aluminum cover (this included rain gutters, etc. - it would have been a very nice cover judging from the photo examples he showed me). But 4 years ago a metal roof for my entire house installed by Sundown Exteriors was only $8,955. Granted, I don't have a huge house - two bedroom, one bath, one story - but I just couldn't justify spending almost 70% of the cost of my entire roof for a deck cover. But if you have the money to spend, I'm sure they do very nice work."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

David was great to work with.  He and his team are professional and did a great job with the painting (I had one of the walls painted stripes). He did a great job on the entrance door which wasn?t easy to paint/refinish. He had to do multiple coats before it looked good.  He put in a few extra hours to get all the painting work right.

He is zealous and focused on customer satisfaction. Quality of work is his priority.  He was prompt in responding to text messages.  Overall, I had a satisfying experience and will not hesitate to hire him again.
