They explained everything before the job, came several times during job to check on progress, and came the morning after and walked with me while examining work. Since there was a rain storm right after stain application, they are going to check a few areas later. Stacey, who did the job was honest (kept door unlocked just in case she needed in) dependable and extremely hard-working. I have hired Parsons Projects for three different jobs over the last few years and have them on standby for two other jobs that will probably have to be done in the future. "I will say the gentleman I dealt with from Cronkhite was very personable and professional. We met twice - once for him to look at the deck and take measurements, and again a week or so later so he could give me the price quote - and he was on time, or close to on time, for both appointments. For me this was strictly an issue with pricing. I wanted a cover over my approximately 10x12 deck. He provided me with a quote of $6,224 for an aluminum cover (this included rain gutters, etc. - it would have been a very nice cover judging from the photo examples he showed me). But 4 years ago a metal roof for my entire house installed by Sundown Exteriors was only $8,955. Granted, I don't have a huge house - two bedroom, one bath, one story - but I just couldn't justify spending almost 70% of the cost of my entire roof for a deck cover. But if you have the money to spend, I'm sure they do very nice work."

It went fine. Dave came to Peoria to do our job and did a very good job on the doors. I was not the supervisor but was told everything was done according to the condo boards liking and that right there tells me the most because we have some board members who expect high quality work and they got it . Dave the owner is someone who will not accept any work associated with his company AOM or his name be anything but top of the line. As I said before he is very good at what he does . He came here to refinish the entrance way on the front of the our building Chateau Touraine. He sanded off all the old stuff and put new stain and sealer on the doors and spruced up the wood areas around and above the main doors. The whole area is now back to what it use to be. I am not sure when the doors were installed but I know they are back to looking almost new again. I guessed that the doors are about 12-15 years old. Like I said before Dave and his employees are always there to please and have hit a home run with us again. I am sure that I will be hiring AOM again to do more work in my condo and I am sure the condo board will be doing the same. If you need a company that does many different things then give AOM a call and see what you think.
