"Mike & his team were FANTASTIC, professional, & easy to work with. Our contractor found asbestos in the basement tile & said I needed to remediate it before they can go any further with my flooring project. Naturally I went into panic & called several companies. When I spoke with Mike he eased any concern I had and was very thorough and explained all of my options. He also was able to come out right away and get a crew in my house that very weekend and have it removed in a day (talk about great customer service). The day of my scheduled appointment the crew showed up and not only were they professional, they walked me thru the entire process and called me throughout the day to inform me of their progress. Once they were complete they air tested the area to ensure it was safe for my family & I to return home. Before we got home they cleaned their entire working area as if they were never here. They also walked me thru the area and WOW-WOW-WOW! The floor looked incredible! They also provided an in depth report of the remediated tested area. I’m still in awe of how professional, efficient and quick they worked. I would recommend this Company over and over! If you’re looking to have asbestos removal, look no further. What else can I say other than I’m extremely happy with their level of service and job performed. Thank you Mike & team!"

"This is a high quality mold/fungi/fungus testing company, with excellent customer service and follow-up. The phones were picked up on the first call each time, and arranging for an appointment was very easy. They arrived on time, were efficient, informing, and friendly in their work, and brought commercial equipment to perform the test samples. The follow up phone call and email on the test results was good, and they provided a potential remediation plan for us to follow on the test results. The third party lab utilized by them had easy to understand numbers, graphs, and descriptions of what was tested. We will do business with Gardner Services again in the near future, and will recommend them to others."

"Rogelio and the team were excellent and very professional. They were able to make it out in one day and complete the asbestos removal within a few hours. Every step of the process was explained to me first and I was given a chance to safely check on the progress along the way. Cost was very reasonable."

"If you have mold or need water restoration, this is the ONLY business you need to call !!! I am a Realtor and recently listed a home that was found to have a huge mold problem in one bedroom closet. Christopher and his team were so professional, they came out, did their testing and found the issues. They provided estimates, scheduled the work to be done and remediated the mold - most importantly they showed up when they were expected to show up !!! And any questions that we had throughout the process were answered quickly so that we could continue getting the house fixed. They provided a clear air test afterwards allowing me to get the property sold and give the new buyers a healthy home!!!! Thanks Christopher!! You were awesome and I have now added you to my Preferred Vendor list in case I have any other clients needing your services !! You Rock!!!"

"Four Elements Environmental was extremely prompt replying to my messages and was able to work with my schedule to setup a lead paint and dust inspection. Mark conducted an extremely thorough inspection, and found lead in a few places I never would have noticed on my own. Four Elements pricing was reasonable, and the report assembled after the inspection was extremely detailed and helpful. I highly recommend Four Elements Environmental!"

"Excellent service and very professional company."

"They came before the cabinet was scheduled to come in and perform all the repairs and replace all the wood and drywall on the wall and then they painted the cabinet came in Thursday and was installed."

"A great attribute of Tom is his ability to skillfuly move around obstacles as they present themselves. He is as well very proactive at getting in front of problems and stopping them before they escalate. He saved me a lot of trouble and money. Tom has a knack for changing directions when presented with new information (the pipe system in the kitchen was quite a challenge). He understands the importance and nature of the problem and which problem to be resolved first and sets realistic time frame. He doesn't rush his work and shows a great attention to detail. I liked the way he was so responsive to my needs and has consistently gone above and beyond his job to satisfy my design visions. He consideres pros and cons of a situation very carefully to work out the most suitable solution. I never had to call him to come back to fix his work. I keep TKL bussines card handy for some future projects. I know whenever I deal with TKL Home Improvement, it will be done right. Cost isn't really a factor because of the quality and responsiveness.

"When my brand new refrigerator leaked and caused about fifteen thousand in damage to my kitchen, I called several reviewed companies. I got four estimates to remove the damaged cabinets and dry wall, and to dry out what was able to be saved. I chose Bella T because no matter how many questions I asked or what horrible 'what if' scenarios' I worried about, the staff at Bella T were confident, patient, and reassuring. They took my calls at night and on Sunday. They told me it would be okay, they would handle everything, and they were true to their word. Bella T worked directly with my insurance company. This was a huge relief to me as my husband was out of the country and I know nothing about construction. Their staff were so nice, one even baked me a cheese cake and gave it to me when the job ended! The first company that came out to assess the damage terrified me and told me all sorts of awful things with enormous costs. All of which turned out to be wrong. Thank goodness I continued to get estimates and found Bella T."
