Best lead testing and removal specialists near Fox River Grove, IL

"This company is great to work with. They did some mold testing on parents’ home and did excellent work. They also did some work on my home. They replaced a water heater and bathroom fans. He was easy to get a hold of, personable and come over right away."

"Mike was very professional and took care of the testing quickly. I would recommend his services."

"Rogelio and the team were excellent and very professional. They were able to make it out in one day and complete the asbestos removal within a few hours. Every step of the process was explained to me first and I was given a chance to safely check on the progress along the way. Cost was very reasonable."

"They were very professional honest and showed up on time. Another company to come out and they were trying to pitch me and the idea of me destroy my entire basement to get rid of some mold. The guys at Black rock environmental did not! They even took an air test afterwards confirming everything they said they would do. I strongly recommend them. Two thumbs up!"

"still waiting on test results Re Asbestos negative or positive. ?"

"Excellent service and very professional company."

"They came before the cabinet was scheduled to come in and perform all the repairs and replace all the wood and drywall on the wall and then they painted the cabinet came in Thursday and was installed."

"When my brand new refrigerator leaked and caused about fifteen thousand in damage to my kitchen, I called several reviewed companies. I got four estimates to remove the damaged cabinets and dry wall, and to dry out what was able to be saved. I chose Bella T because no matter how many questions I asked or what horrible 'what if' scenarios' I worried about, the staff at Bella T were confident, patient, and reassuring. They took my calls at night and on Sunday. They told me it would be okay, they would handle everything, and they were true to their word. Bella T worked directly with my insurance company. This was a huge relief to me as my husband was out of the country and I know nothing about construction. Their staff were so nice, one even baked me a cheese cake and gave it to me when the job ended! The first company that came out to assess the damage terrified me and told me all sorts of awful things with enormous costs. All of which turned out to be wrong. Thank goodness I continued to get estimates and found Bella T."
