"Paulo and Sons were fantastic! Due to all the storms, they were unable to come out the week we initially set up, so Paulo texted me and apologized. When I explained that I had one large branch that was just hanging that I was concerned about, he came out the next morning and trimmed out all the dead branches in the tree and said he'd return the following week to take care of the remaining trees. He wouldn't even accept a partial payment, preferring to wait until the job was completed. They cleaned up everything! My yard looks cleaner than before they started.
