He explained the entire process thoroughly from start to finish; he communicated clearly to set expectations prior to repair. He arrived promptly to start the work and kept the work area clean. Drywall is an art and Mike surely possesses the finesse for a perfect repair. His patch installation was flawless; I hardly had to do any sanding / touch up once dried and prior to painting. He even added a few pointers to ensure a perfect final result. He was very courteous, informative, and quite the perfectionist - he definitely exceeded my expectations and did an excellent job . If you need a stronger magnetic surface, or you need to use a different type of paint in the room (like waterproof paint in a damp basement), there are other accessible options. You could fit a steel panel over the wall, try magnetic wallpaper, or apply chalk paint instead. 

If you want an inexpensive shortcut, hang a pinboard or chalkboard on your wall. These removable options are ideal if you’re a renter who can’t repaint or plan to move in the near future.

Both paint and wallpaper can work in a bathroom, provided you choose high-quality products in either category. Washable vinyl wallpapers can stand up to bathroom humidity without peeling, as can semi-gloss or gloss paint finishes. However, if you’re someone who likes to redecorate often, paint may make it easier to change colors or designs more quickly. If you want full humidity protection and cleanability, tile or stone works better.
