"Ross called back within 30 minutes and set up an appointment for the same week at my convenience. He was extremely professional and very easy to work with. He was on time both time he had to be in my home. I had my results in my email within a few hours of him picking up the sensors. I truly appreciate his time and explanations. I would definitely recommend Ross and Boomtown Radon Testing without hesitation."

"Schan did a great job, very professional. He came out to see what the job was before he gave me a quote. I have a huge crawl space which took some time but he stuck with it to finish it in one day. Now I can breathe easier knowing it's taking care of right. I highly recommend Clean Air Radon Systems."

"We had a radon remediation installed by them in 2021. We've had to replace the fan 2x already- whereas the expected lifetime of a fan is 8-10 years."

"If you are looking for radon mitigation or radon testing dont look beyond clay radon services.I was amazed by his service the way he explain me the whole process and then sending out the contract having all the warannty details and other info. And on the work perspective he made it look so simple and flawless that i was not even knowing that something was going on in my basement. He work one step ahead and seal all the basement cracks plus took care of replacing sump pump lid too and sealing it. From exterior also he install it in such a way that I dont even feel that something extra has been installed in my house. Radon Detection and Reduction questions, answered by experts

The soil beneath your house is most likely what’s causing an increased level of radon. This is because soil holds radioactivity for a long time and it’s also what most buildings are built on. Another common source of radon is water from a source that hasn’t been through periodic radon tests, such as well water. Over time, the radon from the soil can inhabit other parts of your house like the foundation or plumbing.

While DIY testing is possible, abatement generally requires professional installation to ensure efficacy and meet safety standards.

Use a radon test kit or hire professionals to conduct a detailed assessment of radon levels in your home.

No level of radon is technically safe, but since it is naturally present everywhere, it is impossible to avoid entirely. The average radon level in homes across the United States is 1.3 picocuries per liter (pCi/L). The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recommends taking action to reduce radon levels if your home's test results are between 2 and 4 pCi/L or higher.
