"They are excellent they did a good job and first of all it is easy to have an appointment with them. They get out unbelievable stain. They never damage anything. They are very careful, they are clean and neat. They study all the time for different flooring and stains. They know how to remove hard to remove stains. They are very honest about pricing. They are accurate. That's not always easy to find these days. very dependable and very honest. I've recommended them to many people and will continue to recommend. "She is a very down to business type of person. She wants to get the job done and doesn't stand around and talk. She comes in and is friendly, and comes in to get the job done and does a very thorough job. She is also very patient when it comes to my dog. I am very satisfied with her work. I am a senior citizen and I am 72 years old, she is the most stress-less person I have had come in and help me. She is a very patient person. I would tell other senior citizens that they would be satisfied with her too."
