He blamed me for his equipment breaking. He said his snake was not powerful enough and our drain broke his snake. My husband did not want to use his drill attached snake, that is why we called a professional. He was unprofessional in going on and on about his ex wife. When he came back the second time was only because he was the one that started it. His unprofessionalism made it a very uncomfortable experience."
