"We had our chimney tuck pointed and a roof put on the house. The old roof wasn’t torn down this it wasn’t in real bad shape and there was only one layer on. The work was all done in one day and everything was cleaned up when they left."

He removed our carpets, put in 770 square feet of new floors and remodeled our bathroom. At the last minute we added the installation of 10 closet doors, which he spray painted. "We hired Chicago Service Source in May to completely renovate our kitchen and guest bathroom. The process was easy and all our questions were answered. The project went really well and the owner kept us updated daily. We did make some last minute changes that delayed the project a bit but the contractor was understanding and accommodated all our changes. The project was kept at our budgeted price and we really liked the daily updating reports and photos. The kitchen and bath came out spectacular and our home looks wonderful thanks to Chicago Service Source and their dedicated staff."

"Mike Jentel did an outstanding job of repairing and painting our kitchen ceiling that had received water damage from water leaking from the upstairs bathroom. He used plastic sheets to protect the kitchen area and did an excellent clean up job. He drove to the paint shop to get the exact color paint needed. This was fine service for a very reasonable cost."
