"Brian LaValle is a God Send!! Bought my home for under 20k and Brian has done everything from the basement to the roof!!! Drive by and Look at It. 705 Lundy St Streator. It sat for 5 1/2 years after a destructive foreclosure. There was no bathroom! Everyone Loves my bathroom now. The house looks Modern and heÃ¢Â Â s SO professional and comfortable and has been working on my home for well over a year so we pitched him keys to the house. I slept in the other day while him and his crew, always making sure my cats donÃ¢Â Â t get out, installed my laundry room floor. Never thought something like that could happen! Grade A work! Im So Proud of my house! This guy Checks My House to assure itÃ¢Â Â s sound and safe! The addition was attached to the original house. My roof was stressed and leaking. He Ã¢Â Â tiedÃ¢Â Â (their lingo) the 2 lil houses together. Now IÃ¢Â Â m saving up for him to do the roof. I flipped and remodeled 4 homes of my own when I was younger. This guy is the best. They worked tirelessly in the cold February. They cleaned after each day that they finished. The workmanship was top notched. 4) A few weeks after the work was completed, we called for a minor issue that we noticed due to the weather conditions. Ryan responded immediately to my call. The crew came in and completed the work without even bothering us. 5) We were very pleased with the quality, professionalism and service that Ryan Renovations provided."

Company supplies a trailer for you to store contents of your garage while work is being done. I had to contact company at 5 weeks because I had not heard from anyone. Then I receive a call that my scheduled day had to be pushed back because of machinery issues. Then the following day I get a call that they have reviewed the condition of my garage floor and it is too far gone to handle the resurfacing process. Total incompetence ! Awaiting the return of my deposit."
