Once I informed Shawn the floor was failing, his workers tried accessing my garage without permission to get tools. Seemed like they were trying to split on a bad job. Despite the bad job done, I worked with him on cost-effective products to try and save as much money as possible on the rework. Both levels of flooring had issues, but I only asked for main level to be redone. Ultimately, it took 4 months of poor communication and terrible customer service to finally get new flooring installed, still not level but holding????!
