"The customer service Person Mark was very pushy. I was at work when he called and couldnâ t answer . He proceeded to call me 4 more times and left voicemails that day . Then the next day he called twice with voicemails before I could return his calls. The agent who came to my home followed all instructions and answered all my questions . Very professional. I would not deal with Mark to customer service agent again."

"Well, we noticed we had termites pretty bad in the back yard and I got online and looked up what to do and the next day Terminex called us and was here that afternoon. I was very pleased with that.
