Stanley Steemer

I needed my carpets cleaned before an unexpected family gathering. I only had three days notice. I called Stanley Steemer and they came the following day. They covered their shoes, did a great job on the carpeting, cleaning up several small stains, and put protectors under the furniture legs. My carpet was mostly dry by the following day. The price was reasonable.

They did a fine job.

The thing that stands out the most is their professionlism. They are on time, very professional and very knowledgeable about what it is that they are doing. I will continue to use this company.

I have no way of comparing them to anybody else. They came and did what they were supposed to do, so I would say they were professional, and did what they should have done.

Price seemed reasonable. I am very happy with them, I have been using them for 30 years. The best thing I like about them is they use fresh water with every job. They hook up to my water.

The two young men were very polite & professional. We had moved most of the tables etc. from the 3 rooms and they only had a couch, table and two large chairs to move. I know that was not necessary but I figured that by doing so that would allow them more time to concentrate on really getting our carpet very clean. We have white carpeting in the master bedroom which was there when we bought the house. I had shampooed it every year but wanted it cleaned professionally since we have a new grandson who just started to crawl. I had to ask them to go over it a second time since it was very noticeable where they missed many spots. You could actually see the clean lines in the carpet next to the dirt they missed. They had already put away the hoses and were not too happy but it did turn out better afterward but still not as good as they could have done. They then said they would be back to square up on the bill. I asked them about the deodorizer treatment and they forgot that I ordered that too ($80 more). They did come back in and complete that but had I not mentioned it ??? They were at our house for less than one hour for 3 rooms. It was obvious they were in a big hurry. Either they were overbooked or because it was a Friday they were in a hurry to finish the day. Not happy and will not use them again!

They have been good. We have been happy with them. I only thing that I did not like about it was that they ran a deal and when the guy came, he said that does not include deodorizing and you really have to have deodorizing. I found that a little offensive. The work they did was good. But the price that they originally quoted was not really the full deal. It is was just part of the cleaning. But the guy said was necessary for the full results. I was happy with the result but not happy with the pricing. The way that they got me to agree to it and it really wasn't that price.

They were really nice to deal with. They were outstanding! They were so good and so professional and I will use them again. They picked them up and delivered them when they said they would. The service men were just lovely. I think they saved my rugs. It was worth it because they did a great job. They were very, very good. I had dealt with them when I had water in my basement. They didn't have to use big blowers and they were about a quarter of the price of another company.

They were great.

I used Stanley Steemer quite a while ago.  The problem with them is they use a wet cleaning.  This one I used the last time, their stuff is all dry, they have a very strong vacuum.  When they left, my carpet, well you could tell it was damp but it wasn't wet.  Stanley Steemer though, it took a couple of days for the carpet to really dry out.  I used them a couple of years ago.  I seen them advertise for like a hundred a room so I had two rooms done.  They did a good job.  It's consistent with what everyone else charges.  I paid for what I got, a fair price.  When I called them they came when they were suppose to.
