Alan came out to provide the initial estimate and Alan and his son Shane did the installation - no subcontractors just Alan and his son!! In addition they added a large picture window in our living room which completely changed/improved the space. On top of being extremely patient and professional (tolerated all my questions), the craftsmanship of the window install exceeded all of our expectations!! The attention to detail and focus on executing our vision was fantastic. They upgraded our inside casings to a ‘farmhouse’ style which turned out absolutely fantastic. They are true craftsmen!! Chris and his team were efficient and professional, cleaned up after every day, and did excellent work. They accidentally started a fire on my roof that quickly spread to my attic and two adjoining roofs. It caused $40,000 worth of damage. "Signed a contract to have my 2 car garage floor resurfaced and coated. Paid required deposit and was told it would be 6 weeks out. Company supplies a trailer for you to store contents of your garage while work is being done. I had to contact company at 5 weeks because I had not heard from anyone. I was told there were not sufficient trailers available but if I could store my garage contents they could do the job next week. Then I receive a call that my scheduled day had to be pushed back because of machinery issues. Then the following day I get a call that they have reviewed the condition of my garage floor and it is too far gone to handle the resurfacing process. Total incompetence ! Awaiting the return of my deposit."
