We're a Union Contractor employing 15-20 full time workers from the St. Louis District Council of Carpenters and Southern Illinois Laborers. We generally build 20 to 25 homes a year. Nevois Construction builds on homeowners' lots and acreage, but also has its own developments. We are also a General Contractor for small to mid-sized commercial projects that include schools, banks, churches, independent living facilities, fire stations, apartments and nursing homes.
