"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
Brady is the best you'll ever find for home remodeling projects. Showed up on time. Took the time to make ever job right. Projects were worked on over a number of months, one at a time.

"Very polite. Answered questions I had. I ordered 6 new windows, two of them had a crack in them. Mark reordered them and we are waiting for them to come in. He has not finished yet due to the 4 to 6 weeks to get the other windows in. The cauking will be done if it ever dries out. We have had a lot of rain. He also fixed another window in our house that was leaking around the bottom. He seems to be picky about his work and that suits my husband and I just fine. We are also very particular."
"Jimmy and his son worked on our bathroom. They moved an unsightly pipe out of sight but retained it’s full functionality, replaced all ceilings and walls with new drywall, moved and added wiring, put in a light/exhaust fan, replaced shower/tub combo and vanity, new door and all paint, finishing, etc. We are SO happy with the result and could not be more pleased. Thank you Tri-State Restoration and Construction for doing a beautiful job on our bathroom!"
"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
