Mike was great!!! He came over and inspected the possible mold from a Home Inspection and was able to indicate that the staining that we were seeing was not mold but dirt in the attick. He was very knowledgable on all things mold and able to educate me as a buyer and seller of our home as to what we should look for.

We were selling our house and the issue of possible mold in the attic came up. We had it inspected by Mike who reported that it was just condensation stains thus saving us a lot of headaches. He did the inspection quick and thoroughly and didn't slow down the home selling process. Thanks again!
