They informed me that I was under contract for another year, and that I cannot get out of the contract without an early termination fee that is equal to the cost of the service. I'm a little disappointed, because the upfront cost of the system was very expensive ($1,000+) for each house, so it seems odd that I would get sucked into this contract. Nevertheless, I forgot that I signed up for this with them. My calendar is marked for the day that my service ends, and I will be switching to a company that charges about half of what they do. They have OK customer service and are very responsive, but the wireless system had some issues with reception in my house due to a fireplace, and then they didn't want to work with me to get that resolved. They're OK, but I can't really recommend them."

"My old chimney needed some repair, a new cap, and a good cleaning due to normal wear and tear after many years. Some of the bricks were falling apart and the chimney cap was rusted and deteriorating. My neighbor referred me to the Godfrey Bros. because he had used them previously and said they did a great job at a great price. I gave the owners (Cody and Colton) a call and set up an appointment with them. They came out and did an inspection and took some measurements on their first visit. They arrived when said they would and worked diligently. After they took the measurements, they had to order the chimney cap. The cap arrived a couple days later, and they came out and did their work. My chimney looks so much better now, and I can't wait to use my fireplace this winter. After all was said and done, I was very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of the Godfrey Bros. They were very respectful of my property and my time and did a great job. They explained the process and what I should expect with their services. As for costs, the cleaning was $125, the cap was $150, and the repair work was $300. Thanks guys!! I would recommend you to friends/family any time, and I will be calling you when we are ready to have our air ducts cleaned. A+ work"

"I hired the company to do a make ready [clean up & prep] on a single apartment in a building which I own in the  town where I live. I needed the property to be cleaned up so I could rent it again.  I have been a landlord for over 20 years & hadn't found a vacated property in such a mess in all my years. They did the complete interior clean-up which took about five hours. And, the complete prep of the property. they took out all the trash & junk, and cleaned up all debris left in the yard. They did such a great job with that I decided to use them for the yard maintenance also. They cleaned all my flowerbeds & got them ready for spring, placed mulch & trimmed the shrubs and flowering trees. On the inside they made everything look brand new! Cleaning the walls, painting, cleaned the carpets & stripped & polished the wood floors...making them look brand new. The appliances that stayed were cleaned inside & out. They even remembered to get all the light fixtures clean for me. Dusted all window seals & doorways. Shine mopped all they tile floors. To top it all off they even gave the bathrooms a fresh clean look by putting a new caulk seal around the tubs, sinks & shower...which gave the bathrooms a fresh face. All in all I found it to be a very stress free pleasant experience. And, I will definitely call on them for the next project because if they could do so well with a nightmare like that I'm sure the less difficult will be equally affordable and easily handled.
