We had a previous plumbers here and they did not solve the problem, but they were very expensive and Kyle was very considerate of the charges and brought in the best of the best to get the job done! Kyle gets 10 stars because he had excellent customer service skills and was very communicative and helped us tremendously. We wish we would’ve gone with Kyle first. His knowledge and experience were top-notch! This was a $15,000 job and Kyle navigated it to be a $10,000 job! We will call Kyle on every new need that we have and we own 10 properties! "They only charged me for one visit ($75) plus the cost to dispose of old hot water heater, etc.  The toilet wasn't fixed correctly the first visit, so  when the same guy came out to bring the new hot water heater out (had to be ordered) he fixed it at no additional service visit. The hot water heater is amazing!  We have 3 people living here and it is great.  It even has a tub around the bottom in case it leaks in the future.  I am very pleased with these people and highly recommend them!
