"There are two properties attached together with absolutely no drainage to the sewer and Kyle Irvin came in and commandeered the entire situation. We had a previous plumbers here and they did not solve the problem, but they were very expensive and Kyle was very considerate of the charges and brought in the best of the best to get the job done! Kyle gets 10 stars because he had excellent customer service skills and was very communicative and helped us tremendously. We wish we would’ve gone with Kyle first. His knowledge and experience were top-notch! This was a $15,000 job and Kyle navigated it to be a $10,000 job! We will call Kyle on every new need that we have and we own 10 properties! "The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
