"Foundation Repair - our house had to be raised about 3 inches. Frank and his crew were very professional, kept to their schedule. Frank spent extra time with my parents to explain the scope of work and minimize the disruption to their lives. His bid was very thorough and he was upfront with the fact that there could be additional cost based upon what the crew found once they exposed the foundation wall. Would definitely use him again."

"Excellent. This experience was the best I have had hiring outside help. After it was installed, I had some concerns and asked Aaron to come by. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. It was comforting to know I was working with a company who valued customer service and doing a job well. Their prices were more reasonable than the 3 other companies I had estimates from. "I had hpc put their coating on my huge barn in 2004 and loved them and still love the way my barn looks. This year my basement flooded. I did not know who to turn to. I called hpc for help. They informed me this is not typical work for them but they have a carpenter that lives in Mooresville and sent him out in a jiffy.
