"We contacted Indiana Foundation for a free inspection of our attached garage that we're turning into a bedroom for our handicapped son. We had several places that leaked where the wall meets the floor. A Mr John Hill did the inspection and then answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He was quite the professional but did not pressure us in any way, like most salesmen do. We decided to go ahead and schedule to get the waterproofing done. He was very knowledgeable and promptly told us what needed to be fixed. His crew began work within a week of us meeting, they worked quickly and efficiently and the job was done in 4 days. We also had 38 feet of wall on the other side of our house piered because it was settling. Frank lifted the house and piered the wall with a jacking system. "I called American Basement Solutions with issues I was having in my crawl space and they set up a time for someone to come out and look at the issues. Daniel (a family member of the family that ownes the business) called ahead of time and let me know when he was on his way to my home, He was on time and did a thorough investigation of my crawl spaces after which we discussed what needed to be done and various options to accomplish what I wanted. I was provided with a written estimate, insurance information etc. We scheduled the work at a mutually agreed upon time and his men showed up on time and went right to work completing the work on time.
There was a minor issue with some slight damage to the edge of my cedar siding from the removal of the old crawl space entry. I sent Daniel a photo of the damage via text message and he called me within 15 minutes to discussed a course of action to take care of this, We set a time and Daniel personally came out and took care of the issue. I was happy with the work he did.
