"Estimate./proposal done by Bryan. Knowledgeable and professional. Did have to reschedule appointment due to equipment problem on a job prior to my estimate. Scheduled the work with office staff (Chris) for a couple of weeks out. Got a call the afternoon before installation that they would need to move to the next day due to having to stop an attic blow in install because of rain. Very apologetic. Bryan and Tammy arrived a bit later than scheduled due to back up at the warehouse where they were picking up the spray foam tanks. Bryan and I walked through the job and made sure we both were fully aligned on the areas to be insulated. Job went smoothly and was done professionally. He did a good job of covering under a bay window to be sure it was fully insulated. Cleaned up the area very well after they were done. They use a fully automated system to schedule and sign off on the contracts. You will need to be somewhat capable technologically through smart phone, tablet or computer."

"After purchasing a Deal for a home energy audit, Paul Peterson and his wife came on the scheduled day and checked the house for air loss to the outside.  They sealed the front door with a plastic 'door' with an exhaust fan to pull in cooler outside air.  They then took pictures with a camera that showed cold/hot  areas.After inspecting attic and basement he made several suggestions as well as promising to send an estimate of work.  After I received that I eliminated some work that could be done by family and agreed to the rest.  A date was set and the workers came promptly on that day.
There were 4 workers and each of them was courteous, friendly and competent.  Work was explained and I was kept informed of
everything that was done.  They were dog friendly and cautious about closing gates while working.
At the end of the job Paul mentioned one thing that he had not bid but that needed to be done to bring everything up to code.  He said he would have his crew come by and take care of it at no cost when they were in the area.  This was done a week or so later.  I have confidence that this is an honorable company that stands behind their work and word.
