"Scott Ross and his team did an excellent job removing the unexpected amount of water and mud in my crawl space, encapsulation, and then installing the sump pump, dehumidifier and other necessary equipment. The mold treatment and duct cleaning also were done well. Overall, a very fine job."

"While at first glance the work looks good the contractor could use some lessons on detail. Basically, CR is painting the tile with a durable, highly adhesive paint. When painting it is customary to remove from the wall fixtures that can be removed in order to paint "behind" them-- i.e. light fixtures, electrical plates, etc. CR did none of that. They merely taped over the fixtures and went to town. The result is that around all of those fixtures I can still see a thin border with the original blue/pink tile. Worse, we informed them that one of the light fixtures would definitely be replaced with another with a smaller footprint and they still painted around it so now we have a large blue border around that fixture. In addition, CR failed to properly coordinate work with the general contractor resulting in some tiles going unpainted entirely. Some of those unpainted tiles were eventually painted but not all of them. Our experience with the durability of the product is mixed. The work in the hall bathroom has stood up to heavy use. There has been very little chipping and zero peeling. However, in the master bathroom the shower floor began to peel up less than a year after the work was complete. We called CR and it came out to repair. That repair peeled up less than a year later. We called again and CR repaired it again. It peeled up again and we called again. This time I was informed that to properly repair the peeling they would need at least $300 additional dollars. This was quite frustrating given that the shower floor had never lasted more than the one year warranty. Rather than pay for a repair I felt should have been done for in the course of doing good business I made the repair myself. I stripped off all the old paint, scuffed and etched the tile, and then used a contrasting textured concrete paint to refinish the shower floor. I looks much better and thus far has stood up much better than the original work. Overall, the quality of the work could be better as well as customer service. The product seems to be good if applied properly."

"It could not have gone any better. I don't give out compliments easily so when I say they are the best carpet cleaner I have ever used you can believe it. They were totally professional and took the time to make sure the carpet was totally clean. I plan on using them the next time my carpet and rugs need cleaning. They even moved furniture to get to places that prior carpet cleaners did not clean."

"Sean arrived at 8:00 a.m. ready to work.  He gave us a short explanation of the process and explained that it would take most of the day and we would need to let the surface cure for 48 hours after he was finished.   He worked at a steady pace, was careful to cover everything so that there was no mess and no mistakes.  Our tub went from a real mess to a beautiful, easy to clean surface.  We would definitely call The Tub Company again and recommend them highly. 
Do plan to be away from the house for a couple of days as the odor from the chemicals is overwhelming.

I decided to have them refinish the wall tile as well. The entire experience was very positive from estimate to scheduling through work and follow up. I have nothing but praise for the people who completed the work and the office staff who coordinated the scheduling. Everyone was friendly, professional and responsive. The cost may be a bit higher than other vendors, but you get what you pay for and the result is beautiful -- exactly as I anticipated. I have been installing for fifteen years now there is no floor I dont know how or have mastered how to install. I carry vinyl plank and carpet in stock at all times. I opened this company to help people upgrade there homes and get new floors because I know not everyone can afford it so with me being the scheduler bidder salesman and installer there are no middlemen there is no overhead. Therefor I can keep my rates lower than most. My biggest mission is to build customers and gain them for life not just make money. Customer service is everything cause if your happy Im happy.
