"The provider was extremely professional.  He did two chimney's although I had originally only indicated service for 1 as well as did the tuck pointing for the one fireplace. 
He walked me through in detailed all of the steps and reviewed with me all of the changes that they made and the service and additional costs were clearly indicated prior to work being completed. 
After cleaning the chimney they clean up their mess and the one chimney that was in the basement had concrete dust from a sump pump I had put in and they cleaned that up too. 
Additionally, he went back and corrected something he did not find to his standard even though I don't know that I would have noticed.

"Neglected to write this sooner. Archway’s owner, and two employees performed flawlessly in July 2020. On a day with a heat index over 100, they arrived on time to work they have an estimate for about a week earlier. On a 1939 gingerbread home in south county, they installed new ceramic pipe in a brick chimney, installed a stainless steel cap, installed new crown sealant around top of chimney and re-flashed the chimney at roofline. Everything performed was exactly as estimated and at the price bid. Despite the heat, they kept working and were completely finished in a little over a half day. Everyone was super courteous and respite of property of my lawn and neighbor’s. Work area was spotless clean after conclusion. I would highly recommend and will rehire for any future chimney repair or cleaning."

"John Kelemen with Ferguson Roofing did a fantastic job. He came promptly, which I really appreciated because water was coming in through the roof. He examined the roof and took pictures of the source of the leak. When he showed me the pictures he explained what was wrong, what he would need to do to fix it, and how much it would cost. The repairs were very affordable and he went ahead and did them right away. If my roof needs any repairs in the future, I'll be sure to call Ferguson and request him. This is the second time we've used Ferguson Roofing--they replaced the roof on our previous home--and we were very happy with their work on that job too. "Terry came out and gave us a quote.   He was able to get out and get the work done within 2 days of giving us the quote.    He was on time.   Worked quickly and did an excellent job.   His clean up was thorough, so that other that the work he did you could not tell he had been here.  
The job did not take as long as he had estimated so the final bill came in below the estimate.   He also gave us some tips on how to maintian the chimney.  
We will definitely be calling him again for any other mansonry work.
