Stacy's Cleaning ServicesI agreed to hire Stacy to deep clean our home after she told me that she always does a deep clean the first time at a new client. After two hours, Stacy was finished and left. My home did look better, but it was not deep cleaned as we agreed to. When I did a walk through that afternoon, I saw that only basic cleaning had been done. For example, the area behind the kitchen waste basket had not been cleaned. It was obvious to me that the floors were only cleaned in the walking areas. The tops of baseboards had not been dusted in any room. Because of a family member with compromised health issues, Stacy used my vacuum, mop, and mop bucket. She left the mop bucket with all the dirty water in the kitchen. Over all, it was a disappointing, less than satisfactory experience.- Marsha N.

Handy was scheduled to clean my house. I specified I needed the work to be scheduled/completed by the end of the week to meet my deadline. They ensured me they would be able to get the work done and scheduled a 4 hours time slot for me. The day came and I received a notification at the scheduled time that the cleaning professional was unavailable and they would reschedule the cleaning. I called and made sure they understood my situation. They again assured me the next time slot would work out and everything was going to work out. The scheduled day came and again I received the notification my professional was unavailable. I will not be requesting services from Handy again.
