"the installers did a wonderful job. they were very friendly and thorough. they replaced our tub/shower combo with a walk-in shower. my only complaint is the base . the grooves on the bottom of the base are a little tricky to stand on"

"I had Ken and his crew come out in Dec. 2019 to install a new shower and replace two sink faucets in our primary bathroom. They did a great job. We did need a little warranty work done recently and they sent out a service technician who did what we asked courteously and professionally. I love a company that stands behind their work and Prime Baths in Coal City does just that. Will use them again as needed for sure."

"We replaced our bathtub with a walk in shower, and are extremely happy with the work that was provided. In only took one person 6 hours to complete the job, and he was very professional and the quality of work was great. Would hire them again."

"I haven’t had my shower installed yet, but I was very impressed with the customer services and their warranty and demonstrated quality materials. I won’t get the install till October, but that gives me time to save up."

"I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received. Everything was completed in a very timely matter with quality workmanship. They replaced my vinyl siding on my house, and I could not be more pleased with it. Besides a great job the price was very reasonable. I am so happy that I found them on Home Adviser."

"Tore out existing unit and installed 2 new showers. Working fantastic. Also installed grab bars."
