"Mike did a great job on our carpets! He was very personable and knowledgeable. Our carpets look amazing. He was able to remove a few stains that we had and the carpet dried incredibly fast! "Came on very short notice to save the day from sewage backup in our basement. Carpet has no padding but still had been stewing for nearly a week. But their anti-microbial and deodorizing really did the trick! Final bill matched their phone estimate so no punches pulled. Very efficient & professional. Had to move furniture around and very careful. Good guys!"
