"Torrey came out very professional. Explained everything that he was going to do and what needed to be done. He was on time and even called me with an ETA of 30 mins. I had purchased a pool heater cause mine had went bad after 10 years of having it. He helped me choose the right one. Him and his team got it done within a hr and also checked things that I had no idea about or even asked him to check out. I would highly recommend Diamond Blue Mechanical (DBM). "Terrible experience. Dakota was awful at responding to any emails, calls, or texts. We essentially contracted with him and the morning he was supposed to start work, he said he was COVID-positive and would get back to us about rescheduling. We never heard from him or anyone at L&D Construction again. Completely unreliable and unprofessional."
