on friday september 6 a Band B repairman came to our house to look at our whirlpool dishwasher which was not operating. he told us it needed a new heating element. he said he would have the part the next day (which was a saturday) and would return in the morning to make the repairs. today...
Showed up first day with wrong unit. Then on Monday had the correct unit and proceeded to install the unit. Very workmen like, very professional, everything went well except a small glitch with the condensation line. They returned right away and fixed the problem. Very nice gentlemen.
