  After initial assessment of hail damage, Elbert presented options and recommendations for replacing entire roof. We selected them to do the work. Elbert's representative, Kris, was extremely patient and professional as we struggled with selecting a roof material/color. He also handled almost all the insurance related communication, including supplements to the original claim adjuster's assessment to cover addressing hail damage to our deck and some other miscellaneous damage. The roofing work was done in only two days. No issues during replacement, post replacement clean up was as thorough as promised. Roof looks great, we ended up being very happy with the color we chose which was also the one most recommended by Kris to begin with. Gutter replacement took place a little later, again no issues. The deck strip/stain also occurred a little later and the results look fantastic. Overall we can find nothing to complain about. It's difficult to come up with any constructive criticism at all. We selected them based on their portrayal of themselves as a well organized and professional company that emphasized training/expertise of their employees, and after the work was finished we consider them to have lived up to that imageshow more

  Jerry & Renada are awesome! A couple of summers ago, a truck ran into the building where my business is housed - KinderCenter. Reanda came and immediately assessed the situation. Rain was coming so she had workers come and weatherize the area. A corner support had been knocked out and they also put in a supporting beam to prevent any further damage to the roof. After the rains ended, they went to work to rebuild what had been the storage area where every single thing I use to teach my classes is kept. ReCon Services worked carefully (and put in long hours) to move every item to shelving units where I could easily find materials I was needing to use for classes that were in session. They worked around my teaching schedule and accommodated every need. After construction was complete, they again worked to return every item to my closet undamaged and on time.   RE Construction handled everything from start to finish.. They met with the Claims Adjuster and pointed out areas of damage. Followed up and when we got approval did the repairs in a timely manner. They kept us informed of everything being done. Re Roof was done quickly and looks really nice. The clean up was great.. There was a staff member on hand from the beginning till the final walk by. Kept the area cleaned up and all nails and roofing pieces were removed. No worry's about flat tires when they were doneshow more

  Met MR. Jackson (Jonathan) who had travelled from Indianapolis to Terre Haute-late afternoon to give us a bid on our roof. We sent that bid and information to the owner of the house who immediately kicked in the cost of the 2 valleys being repaired. This somehow sped things along with the repair of the soffit and other roofing problems along with removing and replacing the gutters and downspouts.. Finally Jonathan came by he was handed the remaining balance , asked if there were any problems and we thanked him profusely. He's a great guy and I recommend him most highlyshow more

  We had decided to reroof and side our home and had gotten several estimates from other companies, Honey Creek Contracting came out and gave us not only an estimate but advice and ideas as well. Every day they were on site the guys were extremely polite and cheerful. I enjoyed them being there, they were very hard working and patient, never getting angry of frustrated when something went wrong... and with my old dilapidated house there were lots of unexpected problems, yet they tackeled every one with a positive note and a good solution. The job took longer than they expected but they were very detailed and and neat up to the very last moment. To say they left it cleaner than they found it would be an understatement.
