In fact, he even left a couple of features in the plans on his nickle because he felt strongly that they would add to the overall appeal. Within a few weeks (he was close to the time he said he would begin), Hank's crew began work. They were punctual, courteous, always cleaned up after the day's work was done and left the property in good shape. They even worked with us regarding some slight modifications required because of unanticipated issues without adding to the cost of the project. When the job was completed, there were a couple of details that needed to be addressed. Hank's crew came back to finish those details, including a fix of a downspout that was hooked up wrong. If you want cheap, then Hank is not your guy. However, in the same breath I can say that you easily get what you pay for: Quality work, professional staff, an organization that delivers what it promises and a product that you will be proud of. It is no cliche to say that he personally stands behind his work. My wife and I would recommend Hank Metzger in a heartbeat

"They did a beautiful job and I'm very happy with it, but over the winter, it was such a bad winter that I did have one tree die. I told them about it and Hank came out and looked at it and said yes, it needs to be replaced, it's dead and said that they would do that. I have yet to see them come out and replace the tree, but I'm sure they will because they're a very popular company. I was very happy with the job they did they way they did it. They cleaned up everything and everything was really well done. I just feel like you have to wait a while to get those things done like replacing the tree.

"After researching various products and getting quotes from several different contractors, my husband and I purchased an underdeck ceiling kit from Magnolia Outdoor Living. We chose the 4 beaded panel in white. While we are not contractors, we have completed a number of renovation projects at our house, so we felt confident that we could install the underdeck ceiling ourselves. The staff at Magnolia were wonderful to work with and helped us design a ceiling kit that worked best with the layout of our house. The ceiling kit was personally delivered to our home and we received assistance in marking the initial level points under the deck (1st step in the project). While it took working several weekends to complete the project, we are extremely happy with the end result. The staff at Magnolia were very helpful in answering our questions throughout the project. Magnolia's online instructional video that demonstrates installation of the ceiling kit was extremely helpful. If you follow the instructions in the video, the ceiling kit is actually fairly easy to install. Our deck was large (13'x42') with several angles, so it took a bit longer to complete the project. The underdeck ceiling is beautiful and we're happy that we saved a ton of $$$ by installing it ourselves. We love our new outdoor living area and are now using it everyday. Thank you Magnolia!
