"Out of the 5 selected pros, they were the first to respond and turned out to be the cheapest. Iâ m in the process of moving out of a 2-bedroom condo and needed removal of items from 2nd bedroom I am not taking with me. Very professional communication via text and phone. I shared photos of the items I wished to have removed and they provided quote. On day of arrival, they were ahead of time, which worked out perfectly! Friendly and quick service, I would definitely hire them for future services."

"I had a small job and trouble finding professional help for my small job replacing the shingles on the roof of my wood garden shed -- 12x6 size. Once I removed the tools inside to prepare for their work, I realized I also needed the floor replaced. They completed both jobs within a few hours; they cleaned up afterwards, I am now prepared for keeping my lawnmower and other tools dry and ready for next season. They were a pleasure to work with. Their price was fair."

"For the size of my apartment, I felt the price was a bit much, but I still chose this company because I needed it cleaned asap. The overall service was ok...but there was one thing I specifically asked to be cleaned, and it wasn't. There was a small amount of grout between a few of my shower tiles that I thought would be cleaned, but it wasn't. Baseboards and walls were left dusty and fingerprinted (the gentleman cleaning the kitchen left his own prints on the wall). It wasn't until the next day that I noticed that some of my dishes were still dirty!! I had to re-wash most of my silverware, a pot lid, and 2 large Tupperware bowls. That was the most upsetting, to pay a company over $100 to clean, and be left with dirty dishes. I had everything one would need to get dishes clean, right under the sink. Bleach, dish soap, brillo pads, and SOS pads. Thanks, but I will not be using this service again."

Waste Removal Services questions, answered by experts

Black discoloration on your attic insulation may be caused by buildup from soot, dust, or dirt, which does not come with dampness or a musty odor. However, another cause of black discoloration on attic insulation is black mold, which has a musty smell and other signs of damage. If you’re unsure what black stuff you’re looking at, consult a pro to be safe.

It’s called a 20-yard dumpster because the volume of space in the dumpster can hold 20 cubic yards of material. A cubic yard is 3-feet long, 3-feet wide, 3-feet tall cube, as 3 feet is equal to 1 yard. This volume can hold about 110 to 130 33-gallon trash bags.

One of the best ways to reduce packaging waste is to purchase materials that are made using recycled materials. While these don’t eliminate waste, they do help provide uses for old packaging materials and prevent the need to collect more raw ingredients for continued manufacturing. Recycling those same products helps complete the cycle and reduces the need for new materials in the supply chain. You can also upcycle some packing materials, like cardboard and plastic, for use in crafts and organizational tools.

Demolition includes wrecking, razing, or otherwise destroying an area or property, and with professional demo contractors, the process also includes surveying, permits, and debris removal in the cost. Pros will help prepare the site with inspections and surveys, demolish the area, haul away the debris, and clean up the area.

For concrete that’s under 3 inches thick, use a crowbar or a wrecking tool like a sledgehammer to pry the concrete, starting at the corners and working toward the center. You’ll need a jackhammer to break up concrete that’s over 3 inches thick. Do your homework if you use a jackhammer; you’ll need full protective gear that includes a hard hat, safety goggles, and steel-toed boots.
