Best patio repair pros near Mapleton, IL

"Joe did a fantastic job! I love old houses, but old houses can be very difficult to fix! Joe had to dig into the walls to fix and upgrade the plumbing, but what a superb job he did! Joe is very passionate about his work and he stuck with the job until it was done up to his standards: amazing! The bathtub looks phenomenal, like brand new. It's 75 years old! Joe is a great guy, very easy to work with and laid back. Very trustworthy, honest, and reasonable. I would recommend him highly. I will certainly be giving him more work to do."

"Where do I start.... I called Dave once we closed on our house. The entire Interior / trim needed wallpaper removal, and fresh paint. Luckily I had and empty house to work with for about a month. He made sure he squeezed me in before we moved, which was a huge plus. After discussing my budget, we came to an agreement on a price that was more than reasonable. He and his team worked day / night / weekends to make sure it was done on time. I took forever to pick out colors, etc... and he never was impatient with me. He finished 90% of it on time, the other part was because I couldn't make a descision on color for that area. He came after we moved in and knocked that out promptly. Any touch ups, fixes etc that were needed, he came and did with no issue. He even took the liberty of going out and purchasing all the new air vents, and other things we needed. He even came back and repainted the kitchen completely after we wanted to change the color. I would highly recomend his company, and will use him again. Stand up guy."

"Everything was done and fixed accordingly. Repair guy was pleasant and listen well. Overall, good job."

"The  project went VERY well.  the painting crew was punctual and professional.  The whole project took approx 8-9 days.  As I stated before, a good amount of wall prep was needed, including some plaster repair.   To get all the walls ready for painting, the wall repair was done on both a Saturday and a Sunday...so the painters could come in on a Monday.  In a few areas, a lighter color was being painted over a 'darker' color - and needed more than two coats - Crew of World Painting recognized that issue - and proceeded to simply do what was necessary  - for the painting to look "right".   Great job, beautiful result."

"They also screened in my patio. Excellent work and project completed in a short time!! Very meticulous about the job as well as clean-up."
