"I interviewed 5 drywall contractors to install, tape, mud and sand my 1700 sq. ft. basement. The final interview was from a Home Advisors reference: "Martin's Drywall Service in Montgomery", Illinois. After reading his reviews and meeting him in person, I was very impressed, and hired him on the spot. It was easy to see that he was a dedicated professional with an exceptional amount of experience and a warm and friendly personality. It was the best decision I made. Not only was Martin's quote nearly half the cost of the first two bids, but he completed the work (hung 100 sheets of 4' x 12' drywall, taped, mudded and sanded all walls, ceiling, and soffits) in just over two weeks (as quoted): by himself. He is also committed to his word as much as his craft. He arrived on site every day as scheduled and worked a full 8 to 10hr. day, and his work is exceptional. I couldn't be more pleased with the final outcome. It looks beautiful. He is indeed a perfectionist in his craft. So, if you have a new drywall project or are in need of some repair, give "Martin's Drywall Service in Montgomery" a call. You won't be sorry.
