" It went very well considering they were dealing with a lady who imagined that it would look like what she saw on Holmes on Holmes. The crawl spaces turned out the way I thought but I didn't realize that in certain locations in the back yard that there would be river rock along the garage. They even changed that out to a different color to make me happy.
I can't say enough about Brian Flannagan. He is a man of his word. He and his crew are very polite and cleaned up my property each day they were here.
Mr. Flannagan even called one day after a heavy rain and asked if he could come and inspect the crawls to make sure everything was working properly and it is.
No more musty smell and the house is no longer damp and cold. I wish I had done this years ago.

"Mike was prompt, efficient and professional during the estimate phase. He was very accomodating as it took a bit to secure the funds. When we were ready, he provided an approximate date to begin and end the work. His roofing crew was friendly, professional and hard-working. They listened to any questions I had and tried to accommodate us. Mike was in communication every day of the project and very interested in making sure we were completely satisfied. Because of the size of the roof, it became a two-day project and Mike was apologetic. We never considered it a problem and the crew started before 7:00 am every morning. There were a few extra things provided by Mike and his crew, some tree trimming, a couple of nails tidying up a sagging garage door and a little extra cleanup around the house. "Not blown away. I provided a good deal of information up-front: floorplans from my builder, exact measurements of room, my design preferences - including several stores I like to shop at to give her an idea of my style. After I had provided all of this, Jill said she'd have my designs to me in about 4 weeks. I did not receive them for at least 8-10 weeks, and that was after several emails to her requesting status of the project. If I wouldn't have prodded I'm not sure how long (if ever) I would have received what was promised. When I did receive my designs, they were floorplans, which was as expected. Along with a page or two of copy-and-pasted pictures of a few possible furniture selection. Which was much less than I expected. Based on the description I expected boards, with color selections, upholstery, etc. This was a big disappointment, especially after waiting 2-3 times longer than she had told me it would take."
