"My technician Keith was great. Friendly and super informative. Also too a quick look at the entire drainage system and gave my an idea of where problems will pop up the future without preventative measures (my home was built in the 50s and while the previous owners took really good care of the house nothing has been gutted and replaced yet)."

"John and his helper Nathan did an excellent job!! They arrived when they said they were going to an hung a 65 inch tv and a 50 inch tv with no problem at all! The job was done in a timely manor. Both were very professional and friendly! The price was reasonable too!! I would highly recommend and trust the work of Affordable Home Repair for any job! "We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. If your AC condenser is nearing the end of its life, it might leak fluid or make loud or unusual sounds (like grinding or hissing). You might also notice that it isn’t heating your home as evenly or effectively as it once did. Also, an aging condenser will have to work harder to cool your home, which may force it to use more power and drive up your utility bills.
