The installation crew was punctual (my biggest complaint about the job, because Iâ m not a punctual person OR a morning person myself), polite, protected my home with detailed pre work to protect carpets and flooring, and super efficient. The whole house was done in 2 days. The carpets were in better shape than when Iâ d left as they vacuumed up dust, and saved me a chore I hate. We did order a tinted glass window for our bathroom, which came in untinted. Steve immediately took care of it, which Iâ m sure my neighbors appreciate. He also helped us change our order once it was in to add a second tinted window to our kids bathroom, which looks great.
