"In the last month I have had both of these crews working on my patio and basement wall. I asked them questions and they gave good answers. Tim Boudrean, the crew leader on the wall project, took time to explain the whole process of putting up carbon fiber wall supports. The whole crew seemed to know there jobs well and cleaned up good when they were done. I was pleased with the work done. I must say I had one major complaint about the wall job. The agreement I signed stated I must prepare the basement so they would have access to the wall. It was difficult for me because we have a bathroom against part of the wall. I was afraid the bathroom would be destroyed, so I measured the distances that was needed between the carbon braces. (a lot of Youtube research) I figured that the only part of the bathroom affected would be the sink. The sales rep disagreed and said the shower had to be taken out. I gave in and had the shower taken out. The installation crew actually placed the braces almost exactly where I had marked. The shower did not have to be removed. Mid American Basement should have sent an installer instead of a sales rep to verify the placements. It cost me extra to have the shower removed and will cost more to repair the tear down."

They got extremely busy during the permit process with sevral emergency jobs that did cause a minor delay, however we would not consider that to be any sort of a detriment. "Basement Seepage Solutions was my fifth quote. I almost canceled because I was sick of getting quotes and all the big companies charge about the same $70-90 per foot of drain tiles. Matthew's company beat these quotes hands down. He charges $50 a foot plus $10 off a foot for Angies list members (a savings of $1000 for me.). This company beat the next lowest quote by $3,600 so this was a no brainer. Matthew's company did excellent work. They were on time and professional and communicated with me the entire time. Also, Matt is on site during the process and is not just a sales man who comes for a quote then sends out a crew. The job took two days mainly due to the Villages inspection schedule.
