"They had great customer service. They came over in the 2 hour window given. They called before arrival or that they were on their way. The only concern I had was that they were going to leave the tree roots on my front lawn but I brought out the garbage can for them to dispose."

They had the replacement pump on the truck, and installed it within 2 hours, including testing. Cleaned up after themselves. Left all the paperwork with a guarantee on the pump and their work. "Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."
