"I had a great experience. I received a prompt response to my request and a thorough explanation of the services. I have a senior dog who has been having more accidents. They cleaned the carpet and treated the stains. I also had my couch cleaned. I was very happy that they were able to come out within a couple days and was very pleased with the results. I would definitely use them again. My 16 yr old carpet almost looks new."

Did not realize the cost would escalate from approx. $350.00 (original estimate ) to approx. $1,000 (final cost). Still need to discuss this wit the owner.
