"Clean Cut Painting and Handyman in Decatur completed several projects for us and I could not be more pleased. They refinished our deck, replaced a bathroom exhaust fan and living room ceiling fan. They also patched drywall and painted the walls and ceiling in our garage. The quality of work was excellent and the work was completed in a timely manner for all of these jobs. Although you technically can apply wallpaper on textured walls, the peel-and-stick variety won’t last long without a clean, smooth surface for the adhesive to stick to.
