The sales pitch was great but the delivery and customer service was poor. I had two service providers due to the first crew providing poor paint services. They were re-placed by a crew who did some improvements. Within two months paint is fading, chipping and paint drips towards the bottom where furniture was moved in front to hide errors. Not to mention floor damage(which was brought to the companys attention after the first set of contractors came). Asked for compensation and in response the Head boss used demeaning words rooted in racism and essentially refusing to pay the amount needed to correct damages and errors. This was 5-star painting services @ the federal way WA location.

Did a great job on my Tudor style home, with complicated trim. Would highly recommend.

5 Star was one of four contractors we got quotes from. Although they were not the lowest bid, we chose them based on their longevity and many positive reviews. We are not disappointed. They sent only one man to perform all the exterior painting. Pasha is more of an artist than just a house painter. We couldn't be happier.

We selected 5 professional contractors list on Home Improvement in the local area and had each review our project requirements and provide a written quote. We selected Five Star Painting even though they were not the low Quote for the following attributes: 1) Detailed estimate for Labor, Materials and Time. 2) A complete pre-power wash of the house. 3) An on-site Lead and frequent site visits by the foreman. 4) A pre-visit by the Owner (Terry) with the Colors for the house and to cover any concerns from the customer. (I had concerns about over-spray getting on my artificial lawn). 5) A SUPERB Painting Crew led by Jose who kept me constantly updated on the project status and coordinate with me and Foreman Rigo each day. 6) The clean up and punch list concerns were handled without delay and in a very friendly and professional manner. I have and will continue to strongly recommend Five Star to my neighbors and friends.

Outside siding sand, wash and stain. Perfect job, friendly people, went the extra mile, great value.

Great job from beginning to end. Every step of the process was done exactly when they said it would be. A first rate job.

They did a great job on the house. I have got a lot of compliments from the neighbors. Good response to my questions. Good communications as we worked around the weather.

Project was started on time. Painters were friendly and professional. A first class job.

The bid for the job was very clear and concise. Msnagement was very workable when setting a date for the work. We had to delay the job for a month and management followed up and made the dates available to us. The work crew was very easy to work with. We were very impressed with the final results. I would hire them again.

Missed many spots. Not sure how you can do two coats and miss so many spots.

Terry is brilliant! I had a big job -- entry, hallway, living room, dining room, stairway, upstairs hallway, upstairs bathroom -- which needed to be done quickly. I thought I knew what colors I wanted, but when I expressed uncertainty Terry pulled out his paint swatches and book of examples, and made suggestions. His crew knocked it out in record time. I am thrilled with the results!

The owner was so much more thorough in assessing the job than the other quotes we got from other painters. The paint crew were very attentive to every detail and had great customer service skills.

Terry and his crew were very professional, prompt, attentive to detail, and completed the job in two weeks. They worked with us on moving out of the upstairs and then moving out of the downstairs, so that we didn't have to leave our home completely while the work was being done. We would highly recommend them to others. We get so many compliments on the colors and workmanship.
