We rescheduled for another time and he never showed up or responded to my texts once I realized he was blowing me off. I had wanted this done before having guests stay and use the shower to which he said oh definitely would have it done by then. Now stuck with finding a new contractor and will not have the work done in time. Rude & unprofessional."

Tom expressed concern over this and explained the cause of the problem and what needed to be done. Best experience to date with a contractor. Tom and his crew were awesome! Quick to respond, very knowledgable and great guys. Tom provided me with good information on making my tile selection. Offered top quaility products and showed me ways to save money. He even coordinated with the plumber so I didn't have to also deal with that. They estimated the job would take 1-2 weeks and it was done in a week and half. They always cleaned up before they left for the day. I will definitely use them again if the need should arise."
