"Grant came in and examined the entire basement. He explained what he needed to do, and that it would be a minimum amount of work. He mixed the patching compound, which was more than the job required. So he patched the crack that seeped, one suspicious crack, two old cracks, and, for good measure, around the sewer pipe where it exits the basement. He was not pushy. I showed him a crack that I had just noticed and he explained was there was really no danger there. Efficient, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. Good job, and guaranteed."
