Get matched with top floor polishers in Hillcrest, IL

"I have hired them in the past and this is yet another reason why I’d continue to go through them, had the floors of my shops cleaned and love to hear when customers asked if we just mopped even weeks after if not months later still looks just as good, speedy service and always courteous for my customers who where walking in and out as this is a retail front. Great guys !!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!"

"Excellent. Zuka was responsive, quick, and professional. He clearly explained the service and the finished product looks like new. I had a 13 year old marble floor that was scored and discolored. He polished and sealed it, with a regrout that made it look brand new. Also polished a tasso marble countertop that was water stained on my bathroom vanity. Came out better than new from Home Decorators."

"I have consistently been unhappy with the quality of the cleaning. They are fast; come when scheduled and do all of the basic's, just not very well. I have a central vac I want them to use, they refuse, the cleaning products they use leave a film on my floors, the vacuum they use just hits the service and they only vacuum in the traffic pattern, not the entire floor. They consistently miss dusting may area's; in the year they have been here the build up at my baseboards is huge, never had it before, but I have it now. They leave lights on; rags behind, toilet bowel cleaner in the bowls that drys on before I get home from work so you need to blast it off. For 2 people spending an hour and a half in my house I am only getting marginal cleaning. Michelle is pleasant and professional; I know she listened to what I was saying, however the translation to the workers was not there. I complained several times without much result. Too stressful to be disappointed every other Wednesday.
