"I was connected with this company via my home warranty and their manager Jon. I had a leaky faucet that was under warranty. Therefore I pay for the service fee and not for installation. Primary Maintenance came out to diagnose the faucet issue and confirmed that it needs new cartridges. I ordered new cartridges and they arrived and Primary Maintenance came back out. Carl, the tech, came out and was confused by the cartridges and said that another plumber could complete this job and to call the office to get it set up. I called to have the other tech come out and John said that because they had to come out multiple times I would have to pay for it. So I called home warranty company. Home Warranty company informed me that because I had the wrong cartridges, I would have to pay. But, I went through the trouble of double checking the part and the instructions and made sure the right parts were there during the original service call. And John knew. "Lloyd and James (who did the work) are amazing! We had a pipe burst resulting in having to shut off our water. We called around to see if we could get a plumber or general contractor out to fix it but they were only interested if it was going to be a complete remodel/rehab. One even hung up on me in mid sentence. Lloyd took my call and displayed not only compassion for our situation but a sense of urgency. He explained his basic pricing up front and told us that he would try to get someone out to us in the next hour or so. In less than an hour or so James appeared and introduced himself. After showing him the area of the damage and explaining what happened he was not only able to hone in on where the problem pipe was in the wall, but also why it happened. He gave me different options on how he could handle the pipe repair and why each had its merits. He quickly repaired the burst pipe and got us water pretty quick.
