Old insulation along foundation wall was removed and replaced with silvery foam sheets. Joints were taped. Some leveling of the floor was done. Sheets were laid over the gravel floor also (crawlspace is not used for storage). 2 window well covers were installed. Our main goal was to have a warmer floor in the room above. "Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"Agape is a family owned business, the owner, Mike brought his wife by to work and his son came by with the wife once as well. He is very friendly and professional. In addition to digging out the are and pouring the cement, Mike, and his wife pulled all the weeds from my patio. This was not in the contract, I did not ask him to do it, itas just something that he saw that needed to get done and he did it. Mike got the job by answering his phone on a Saturday, and coming by to measure on a Sunday. All the other construction guys in the area, were not available on the weekend. I plan to use Agape for future projects. I may want to build a privacy fence on one side of the hottub, I have the area blocked from sight now, but It would look nicer and have access to my neighbor if I tore down the cyclone fnce and put up a privacy femce. When I am ready to do that work, Mike is the first one that I will call.
Since the project was completed by Agape Construction, I have now had a hotub sitting on the cement slab filled with water. It is a medium to large tub and weighs over 2 tons when filled with water and people. I have seen no signs of cracking, seeping, or anything wrong at all. I am very happy with my hottub!! ?"
