Best carpet stretching pros near Hebron, IL

"A great experience from first contact through installation. We’d already gotten a low-ball estimate from a local decorators “carpet guy” who disappeared when we needed him. Not going to lie, a bit of sticker shock but we’re sure the carpet quality is first rate & the company will be there if we need them in the future."

"I've used Exposition Carpeting for more than 20 years now.  They have an excellent selection and are extremely helpful, and their prices are reasonable.  When our basement flooded last year, we had wanted to get the same carpeting that had been ruined in the flood, but it was discontinued.  They were SO helpful in poring over books and helping us find something very similar.  There was a miscommunication among their staff which caused our order to be somewhat delayed, but that was the first time I'd had anything less than a stellar experience with them.
I highly recommend them.  They also have a great "remnant room" with great prices if you're looking to carpet smaller rooms."

"I called Lance to restretch carpet that had buckled. He arrived on time, and did a thorough job. If I ever need more carpet repairs, I'll definitely give him a call."

"He did an excellent job. Had a seam ripped and frayed back with about 1 1/2 in missing. He stretched it together and now it looks 98% better. Saved me thousands by saving me the expence of replacing the carpet."

"ken, Did a AWESOME job re stretching my carpet!! HE was very professional and clean . I would definitely use him again. I highly recommend him."

"They were a pleasure to work with. I heard back immediately from my Angie's list message inquiry. They were able to work with my tight deadline. They communicated well with a traffic delay on the date of service. The carpet cleaning was thorough and gave new life to my 5 year old builder grade carpet. Absolutely would rehire again."

"I am so happy I hired Show Carpet USA. They did a great job! Very professional, and fast service. They accommodated me with a very short notice installment. The carpet looks great. Very friendly, and affordable. I recommend them for sure, and will be using them again in my future projects."

Before choosing Carpet Values I researched competing similar flooring companies for products, pricing and checked various reviews. I'm glad I chose this company.

All aspects of this installation were professionally and beautifully done to our complete satisfaction. The sales manager, Mark

Balistreri, gave very helpful guidance on products, pricing, home preparation, etc. The installers came when promised, did beautiful work and carefully cleaned up.

I also experienced very good customer service because whenever I called the store a person answered and when at the store there was always someone there to answer any questions.

I would definitely recommend Carpet Values to a friend.
