"Terrible! Contracted with the company last Summer. They came out to perform the work, and everything started out fine. However, that is when the good experienced stopped. The company was supposed to paint my deck, gazebo, front porch and trim around my house. I paid that 50% upfront for materials and work, and was to provide final payment at the completion of the job. However, they took so long to paint the deck and gazebo, that they never made it to the trim or the front porch. They also told me they would caulk all gaps prior to painting, and never did it. The project took them so long that the weather started to turn cold, and they were not able to complete the work, having only done a very light first coat on the deck and gazebo, which was done so poorly that it is all peeling up and looks terrible. They promised me in writing that they would come out and complete the job, but they changed the scope of work to only include the deck and gazebo, and were no longer going to paint the porch or the trim on the house. I requested my money back as they had not completed the work, but they refused to provide any type of refund and said that the money paid already would cover the deck and gazebo work, and that I would owe them nothing moving forward after they completed the job. Funny thing is though, they never came back to complete the job. I have reached out to them numerous times both last year and this year to schedule the completion of this work. This year, Josh and Samantha gave me the excuse that due to COVID-19, they are not able to complete the work until the Governor reduces restrictions. However, once the restrictions were lifted allowing outdoor work, this company still refused to do the work siting health concerns. I would have accepted that excuse under normal circumstances, except I see that this company has been completing jobs all summer, as you can see from the reviews on this website. So they are just lying to me to avoid completing this work or providing a refund. Do not use them, they will steal your money and not complete the work!!!!"

"My furniture looked better BEFORE it was cleaned. After letting the furniture dry for a few days after the crew cleaned it, we had lines embedded in the fabric. I called Gary Giovannelli to let him know about the problem and he returned to “steam” the lines out of the fabric. It’s now been two days and the furniture looks just as bad as it did the first time. I believe the first crew put some kind of solution on the furniture that shouldn’t have been used. As far as I’m concerned they ruined my furniture and now I’m stuck with it. I will not use Bella ever again."

"STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM THIS FROM BELLA CUSTOM CARPERT CLEANING IN NEAR WEST SUBURBS OF CHICAGO! IT IS NOW A BILIGERANT CON! After 13 years, I hired them again for my front room and family room at $269 on 9/23/23 on a Sat. They came over 3 hours late from the appointment time. They were unable to communicate in English. When asked for proof on insurance and bonding they ignored me and intimidatingly with grunts and stares the big guys pulled the big tube and nozzle in the house. They did not know what to do! I had to direct them to the rooms and the stains I needed removed. Well, all they did was drag the vacuum nozzle across the carpet and leave! They blew dirt down into my floor vents and closed them! I was assured stains would be treated and removedâ ¦not! See pictures for the stains which was the reason I hired them. And here is when it gets nasty and really why not to use them. When I called Gary on Monday and told him, I said I had tried vinegar and water afterwards. Gary voice was slurred and laughed saying â thatâ s what we use. Let us come out and hit it again!â I asked how much, he said â only $120.â When I said why it wasnâ t done on Sat, he responded in the same slurred tone, â weâ ll be out to do it again!â I hung up. Hereâ s the definitive â kickerâ â ¦3 weeks later I get a call asking for the check. I told him I sent the check to Westchester because, incredibly, no address is listed on the receipt and that was what came up on the I â net. He said for me to send him another one in Lagrange. I told him no because I have a cancelled check fee. Again in a slurred, fogged in, tone, he said OK and he will call his Westchester office to see if they got it. Never heard back. It is obvious Bella now has a huge problem with service techs and apparently polluted ownership. STAY AWAY FROM BELLA! IT IS NOT WHAT IT WAS!"

"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. He was professional and honest about what needed to be done. I was more then pleased with him and the company. I highly recommend .Chimneys are us."
